I HAVE ALREADY RETURNED THIS PRODUCT. AMAZON HAS CREDITED MY ACCOUNT. THE BIKE WHICH REQUIRED ALMOST TWO HOURS TO ASSEMBLE WAS DEFECTIVE. IT CLANGED IN THE LEFT FOOT 10 O CLOCK POSITION. EVERYTHING I READ IMPLIED THAT IT IS A DEFAULT OF THE MANUFACTURER–CHINA. IT IS ONLY A SCHWINN BY NAME AND NOT OF THE QUALITY OF MANY YEARS AGO.

This is a great video if you are looking to work up a sweat. It’s great fun and an awesome workout. It has step by step moves that are easy to follow. I highly recomend this video.

I ordered this item for continuing physical therapy for a knee injury. When the shipment arrived, the box was a “disaster”; holes in the box, torn box, taped with clear shipping tape, and screws & assorted hardware taped to the outside of the box. The UPS delivery man commented on the poor condition of the box. Upon opening the box, no styrofoam packing, all parts loosely placed in the box; also a package addressed to a city approximately 20 miles from my location, containing parts for a bifold door, were in the box. The computer for the bicycle was missing, and the main frame was damaged. Clearly this item had been returned to Amazon and had not been checked for accuracy and completeness. I am returning this item, and would hope, if I order anything again in the future, it will be a NEW item not a returned item with missing and/or damaged components. Upon calling Customer Service, the person, I spoke with, was very helpful and assured me they would arrange pick up by UPS at no charge, and my money would be refunded. A replacement for this particular model is not available at this time.

We haven’t been able to use our new bike because it doesn’t work. After putting the bike together the resistance did not work. I called Nautilus, who said they would send a replacement part and set up a repair call. I received the part in 2 days, however no repair call was made. After a week I called Nautilus, who said the repair order was not set up, another week, a repair guy came and said the wrong part was sent! After having our bike 1 month, we still can’t use it!

A warning – be very careful when you install the cable to the console, it goes into a very tight spot and can be easily damaged. Hopefully we will be riding in another week…

I was very disappointed with this DVD. While Ms. Grimes has a lot of enthusiasm, she is not very good at queing. More often than not, she’s asking her dancers how they’re doing. It would be much more helpful if she were queing rather than talking to the other dancers. The camera style doesn’t help either, changing angles right when the instructor changes the routine and shooting from the hips up so, we can’t follow what their feet are doing. Five minutes into this DVD I got so frustrated, I took it out of the DVD player and it is now destined to be a donation to my local library.

Today is November 25th. I purchased this bike on October 24th. It is not here yet. I have traced item’s delivery. It is sitting about 40 miles from my home. I have contacted Amazon 4 days ago and have had no response from them. They want me to review the product??

The dance routine on this DVD is nice, but limited, very few combinations are taught, The DVD cover says “Leaves you sweating for more!” It made me laugh because the program is so limited it looks like a trailer. But I enjoyed it anyway! I liked the moves and I loved the performance, it is worth buying the DVd even if you end up dissatisfied with the routine they teach.

Seems like the shipping on this item is just problematic. I ordered it on my Prime account. Apparently it doesn’t qualify for two day delivery, rather it gets shipped UPS ground. UPS ground services don’t include a preferred delivery time range. Unlike anything else I order from Amazon, it also requires a signature on delivery(everything else can be left on my covered porch) I would’ve had to take a day off work to be home and able to sign for it. I had to let it be returned to sender. It was a mess and I didn’t get to actually receive the product.

This video seems like she made it up on the spot, very unrehearsed. But that’s not a bad thing. In all, the moves are easy to follow. Although I didn’t do everything the group did right away, I keep ramping up each time I do it. Really helps my body get loose. A great buy at this price, and a good workout for when you don’t have lots of time.

I dont like the videotape at all. The moves were stupid and didnt get nothing out of it. I warned you….DONT BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
